Calibrate, Inc. achieved accreditation to ISO 17025 General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories through A2LA, the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation, on March 11, 2004. We are the first and only company working in the USA and Canada accredited to provide "ON-SITE" pipette calibration services.

Calibrate, Inc. understands how important it is these days to have confidence in your calibration laboratory, and our accreditation assures you that our quality system and Standard Operating Procedures have been thoroughly evaluated and approved by a third party.

Our accrediting body, A2LA, is a Mutual Recognition Partner to the following:

Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC)
European Cooperation for Accreditation (EA)
Inter-American Accreditation Cooperation (IAAC)
International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC)
National Cooperation for Laboratory Accreditation (NACLA)

These Mutual Recognition Partner arrangements facilitate the acceptance of test and calibration data between A2LA -accredited laboratories and other countries/economies. A2LA will testify to the competence of each accreditation system with whom it has an MRA and attest to the fact that they follow the recognized norm for operating such systems and use ISO/IEC 17025 as the basis for the accreditation of laboratories. The above mentioned accrediting bodies accept A2LA accreditation as if they had performed the audit and conferred the accreditation themselves. As a result, the calibration data provided by Calibrate, Inc. is now recognized around the world as being of the highest quality and reliability.
