Calibrate Inc has completed the construction of our new state of the art climate controlled lab in Concord CA.  Our last day in our old calibration laboratory was Feb 26th, 2008.  Beginning Feb 27th, all shipments should be mailed to:

All Calibrate, Inc personnel receive the following training:

  • GMP, GLP, Safety Training
  • Calibrate, Inc. Quality Assurance Procedures
  • Trained to service all brands of pipettes, including single-channel, multi-channel, manual and electronic pipettes
  • Complete training histories available for all lab technicians
 
 

    Our Mail-In Center provides fast, reliable service.

  • 24 hour turn-around time once the pipette is received.
  • Now offering pick up and delivery service (for California - Bay Area Only).
  • We receive pipettes via any method of shipping
  • Return shipping via traceable Fed-Ex
     

Calibrate, Inc. uses only quality replacement parts and supplies.

  • All parts and labor warranted for 6 months
  • OEM parts and specifications when available - we use only genuine Gilson parts
  • All parts and service comply with ISO Guide 17025 for Calibration and Test Laboratories
